If's and But's.

IF’s and BUT’s

Only if,

 I could have kept the people I wanted to

I bet I would have, 

But, I guess I was just a clinch away.

And at times I think, they were here for a reason

They are gone for a purpose

If not today

Surely,

 Some day they will look back

Then…

If

 They won’t smile at the past, they will ask

Ask themselves, why they left

When whole the while

Someone was trying to make them stay!
